Ingredients you will need:

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oven at 325° F
  2. Prepare 2 baking sheets by spraying with Pam cooking spray
  3. Using a mandoline (or a sharp knife), slice the apples and the pears thinly approx ⅛ of an inch.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, combine sugar substitute and cinnamon. Stir to mix well.
  5. Place the pear and apple slices on prepared baking sheet in a single layer
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar substitute mix on pear and apple slices
  7. Bake in preheated oven approx 40 – 45 minutes, turning chips over half way through cooking. The pear and apple chips should be dry with the edges curling – adjust cooking time accordingly
  8. Move the chips to wire cooking racks. They will crisp up more as they cool.
