  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • Arrange pepperoni on baking sheet in a single layer.
  • In preheated oven, bake approx 10 – 15 minutes or until pepperoni is crisp.
  • Place pepperoni on layered paper towels to soak up the excess fat, until they have cooled.
  • Season pepperoni with black pepper. (optional)
