How to make Weight Watchers Pepperoni Chips:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Arrange pepperoni on baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. In preheated oven, bake approx 10 – 15 minutes or until pepperoni is crisp.
  4. Place pepperoni on layered paper towels to soak up the excess fat, until they have cooled.
  5. Season pepperoni with black pepper. (optional)
