Weight Watchers Pita Chips
Ingredients
- 12 pita bread pockets
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried chervil
- ½ tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper
- Cut a pita into 8 equal sized triangles. Repeat for the rest of the pitas
- Place the pita pieces on prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- In a small mixing bowl, add olive oil, chervil, basil, garlic salt, and pepper. Stir to mix well.
- Using a basting brush, brush the olive oil mix on each pita piece.
- Bake in preheated oven for approx 7 minutes, or until crisp and lightly browned.
