  • Preheat oven to 400° F
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper
  • Cut a pita into 8 equal sized triangles. Repeat for the rest of the pitas
  • Place the pita pieces on prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add olive oil, chervil, basil, garlic salt, and pepper. Stir to mix well.
  • Using a basting brush, brush the olive oil mix on each pita piece.
  • Bake in preheated oven for approx 7 minutes, or until crisp and lightly browned.
