How to make:

  • Preheat the oven at 350° F
  • In a large mixing bowl, add brown sugar, cloves, salt, cayenne, and cinnamon. Stir to mix.
  • Using a whisk, stir in orange juice, egg substitute, milk, and pumpkin.
  • Pour even proportions into 8 6-ounce custard cups.
  • In a roasting pan, place the custard cups. Carefully add 1-inch of water around the cups.
  • In the preheated oven, bake 45 minutes or until the edges are firm and a little puffed up.
  • Remove the custard cups from the water, carefully.
  • Cool the Flan fully. Then cover and place in the refrigerator.
  • Serve with light whipped topping (optional)
