I love this dip. It’s so easy to make and can be served with all sorts of things- crackers, chips, veggies…whatever you want! It also makes a great sandwich spread!

I made it for a party recently and everyone loved it. The best part is that the recipe makes enough for servings so you get to enjoy it too!

How to make

  1. In a food processor, add mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  4. To serve, garnish with thinly sliced scallions.
    As an option, you can mix in the scallions. I mix them in unless I have guests, because there are a lot of people who aren’t fond of scallions. In at case, I just garnish on top of the dip.
  5. Serve with fresh, sliced vegetables.
