- ยฝ cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese softened
- 2 roasted sweet red peppers
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ยฝ tsp kosher salt
- ยฝ tsp black pepper freshly ground
- 1 scallion green part only, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a food processor, add mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- To serve, garnish with thinly sliced scallions or optionally, mix in scallions.
