Weight Watchers Sauteed Ranch Mushrooms Recipe.
A quick and easy 35 minute side dish recipe with only 3 ingredients.
Made with fresh mushrooms, butter, and dry ranch salad dressing mix.
This recipe calls for a lot of butter, but I have cut the butter by half and it was plenty, so if you want to reduce the amount of points, I suggest trying it with less butter.
Low carb.

- ½ cup butter
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 pkg (1oz) dry ranch salad dressing mix
Instructions
- Heat a saute pan over low heat.
- Add butter and melt.
- Stir in dry ranch dressing mix.
- Stir in mushrooms and coat well.
- Cook while stirring frequently approx 30 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
