Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Apple Pie
Equipment
Ingredients
- 10 large granny smith apples
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon or to taste
- ½ cup water
- fat-free cool whip (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Granny Smith apples by peeling, coring, and cutting to chunks.
- Place prepared apples in the slow cooker.
- In a small sized mixing bowl, add Splenda, cinnamon, and water, Stir to mix.
- Pour Splenda mixture on top of the apples.
- Set slow cooker to LOW, cover, and cook for 4 to 5 hours. Stir occasionally.
To Serve:
- Serve while warm. If desired, top with fat-free cool whip topping.
