  • In a Crock pot, combine Velveeta, Rotel, taco seasoning, chicken, green onions, and sour cream, and jalapenos.
  • Cook on high setting. Stir occasionally to mix ingredients as the cheese melts. Approx 1 – 2 hours.
  • Mix in black beans. Cook an additional 15 minutes. Serve.
