Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Chicken Nacho Dip
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chiles
- 1 lbs Velveeta cheese
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breast halves cooked and shredded
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup green onions diced
- 1½ tbsp taco seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp minced jalapeno pepper or to taste (optional)
- 1 cup black beans rinsed and drained
Instructions
- In a Crock pot, combine Velveeta, Rotel, taco seasoning, chicken, green onions, and sour cream, and jalapenos.
- Cook on high setting. Stir occasionally to mix ingredients as the cheese melts. Approx 1 – 2 hours.
- Mix in black beans. Cook an additional 15 minutes. Serve.
