How to make

  1. In a large slow cooker, add zucchini, onion, garlic, green peppers, eggplant, and tomatoes,
  2. Add sugar, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and oregano. Mix well.
  3. Add tomato paste. Mix well
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Cover and cook on low setting 7 – 9 hours.
  6. Top each serving with Parmesan cheese.
