Weight Watchers Low-fat Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder – unsweetened
- ⅙ tsp salt
- 4 oz pureed prunes baby food
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8 baking pan by spraying with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350° F
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt. Mix well. Add in baby food, vanilla, eggs, and oil. Mix well.
- Pour into the baking pan. Be sure batter is evenly spread.
- Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in middle.

Very average, tastes more like a crumbly mug cake. I used applesauce instead of prunes and I’m glad I did because the applesauce flavour comes through quite a bit. I don’t recommend making these.
