Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies
Equipment
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter softened
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 large egg white
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 3 ozs semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375° F
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, or a stand mixer, cream together butter, brown sugar, and canola oil.
- Mix in egg white, salt, and vanilla.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Mix well.
- Add flour mixture to wet mixture. Mix well.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- On a non-stick baking sheet, drop dough by rounded half-teaspoons,
- Bake in preheated oven for 4 to 6 minutes.
- Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.
