This simple vanilla cake is topped with frozen whipped topping, and fresh strawberries and blueberries in the design of the American flag.

Red, White, and Blue Cake

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 box (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries rinsed and drained
  • 2 pints fresh strawberries rinsed and sliced

Equipment you will need:

Baking Pan

Red, White, and Blue Cake with Weight Watchers Points

  1. Using a 9×13 inch baking pan, bake cake following the directions on the cake mix package.
  2. Allow cake for fully cool.
  3. Using the whipped topping, frost the top of the cake.
  4. Place the blueberries in the shape of a square in the upper left corner of the cake.
  5. Place the strawberries in horizontal rows on the rest of the cake to form the stripes of the American flag.
  6. Refrigerate cake.
