Weight Watchers Easy Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 4 tsp active dry yeast
- ⅓ cup canola oil
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 4½ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast.
- Allow yeast and water to sit for approx 10 minutes
- Add canola oil, sugar, salt, and eggs. Stir to mix well.
- Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Prepare a baking pan by greasing.
- Lightly flour a flat surface.
- Turn out dough on floured surface.
- Divide the dough in 24 equal pieces.
- Roll the pieces into balls.
- In prepared baking pan, place the dough balls.
- Cover and let rise for 1 – 1½ hours.
- Preheat oven to 350º F
- In preheated oven, bake approx 20 – 25 minutes, or until the rolls become golden brown.
