An easy yeast bread recipe with less sugar.

Made with warm water, active dry yeast, canola oil, sugar, eggs, salt, and unbleached all-purpose flour.

Weight Watchers Easy Dinner Rolls

How to make

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast.
  2. Allow yeast and water to sit for approx 10 minutes
  3. Add canola oil, sugar, salt, and eggs. Stir to mix well.
  4. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
  5. Prepare a baking pan by greasing.
  6. Lightly flour a flat surface.
  7. Turn out dough on floured surface.
  8. Divide the dough in 24 equal pieces.
  9. Roll the pieces into balls.
  10. In prepared baking pan, place the dough balls.
  11. Cover and let rise for 1 – 1½ hours.
  12. Preheat oven to 350º F
  13. In preheated oven, bake approx 20 – 25 minutes, or until the rolls become golden brown.
