Weight Watchers Gingerbread Muffins

Ingredients
- 3ยฝ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp ground cloves
- 1 cup molasses
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup hot water
- ยฝ lb butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐ F
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, ginger, cloves, molasses, eggs, hot water, and butter.
- Line a muffin tin with muffin cups. (makes 36 muffins)
- Add batter to muffin cups.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden.
