Weight Watchers Honey Lavender Butter
Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter softened
- 1 tbsp fresh lavender or 1½ dried lavender crushed
- tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add salted butter, lavender, and honey.
- Stir to mix thoroughly.
- Refrigerate until serving.
For Freezing:
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper
- Using a cake decorating piping bag, fill the bag with the butter.
- Pipe a tablespoon sized shape onto wax paper. Repeat for the rest of the butter.
- Place baking sheet in the freezer until the butter is frozen.
- Transfer to a freezer bag, and store in the refrigerator.
