Weight Watchers Honey Lavender Butter

Ingredients you will need

  • 1 cup salted butter softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh lavender or 1½ dried lavender crushed
  • tbsp honey

Equipment you will need

How to make

  1. In a mixing bowl, add salted butter, lavender, and honey.
  2. Stir to mix thoroughly.
  3. Refrigerate until serving.

For Freezing:

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper
  2. Using a cake decorating piping bag, fill the bag with the butter.
  3. Pipe a tablespoon sized shape onto wax paper. Repeat for the rest of the butter.
  4. Place baking sheet in the freezer until the butter is frozen.
  5. Transfer to a freezer bag, and store in the refrigerator.
