- 5 cups cauliflower florets
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Steam garlic and cauliflower until tender, approx 15 minutes. Drain.
- In a food processor, add cauliflower, mayonnaise, garlic, and salt. Process until creamy.
