Weight Watchers Creamy Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients you will need:

  • 5 cups cauliflower florets
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt

How to make:

  1. Steam garlic and cauliflower until tender, approx 15 minutes. Drain.
  2. In a food processor, add cauliflower, mayonnaise, garlic, and salt. Process until creamy.
