Weight Watchers Quick and Easy Pecan Pralines
Ingredients
- 1½ cups pecans halved
- 1½ cups brown sugar
- 2 tbsp margarine
- ⅔ cups heavy cream
- ⅙ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Butter a sheet of wax paper for later.
- Use a microwave safe bowl. Put in pecans, salt, sugar, margarine, and cream.
- Microwave on high for 9 minutes. Stir once halfway through. Let stand for approx. 1 minute.
- Add vanilla, stir, microwave for 3 minutes.
- Drop by spoonfuls on prepared wax paper.
- Let cool.
