Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Ingredients
- ยฝ cup honey
- ยฝ cup reduced-fat peanut butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- โ cup non-fat powdered milk
- โ cup raw hulled sunflower seeds
- 1ยฝ cups ย Cheerios cereal
- โ cup raisins or dried cherries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine honey, lemon juice, peanut butter, and powdered milk and mix well
- Add the sunflower seeds, raisins or dried cherries, and Cherrios and mix well.
- Wet your hands and roll the cereal mixture into balls.
- Place on wax paper until the balls dry to touch approx 30 minutes.
- Put in airtight container. Store at room temperature for up to Four days.
