Weight Watchers Linguine Pasta with Herbs

Ingredients you will need:

  • 6 ozs linguine
  • 2 tbsp butter – unsalted
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley minced
  • 1 clove garlic bruised and peeled
  • 1 tbsp oregano minced
  • black pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp salt

How to make:

  1. Cook pasta according to the directions on the box.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet on medium high, add butter and melt. Reduce heat and add basil, parsley, garlic, thyme, oregano, pepper, and salt. Continue cooking until herbs become wilted.
  3. Remove and discard garlic
  4. Pour over pasta. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
