  • In a skillet, add oil and heat. Add in chicken. Cook for 3 mins.
  • Add in ginger and cook until the chicken is done, approx 2 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • Add water and broccoli to the same skillet. Scrape the bottom of the skillet to incorporate the leftover chicken scraps. Cover and cook approx 3 to 4 minutes or until the broccoli is tender and crisp.
  • Add the chicken back into the skillet. Stir in the orange juice, soy sauce, and the chicken broth. Mix in the cornstarch. Stir often until it comes to a boil and the sauce thickens a bit. Add orange pieces and heat through. Serve.
