For the Cake

  • Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan.
  • Preheat oven to 350° F
  • In a large mixing bowl, Mix diet soda (2½ cups), egg whites, and cake mix.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes in preheated oven.
  • Let cake cool fully.

For the Frosting

  • In a large mixing bowl, Mix cool whip, 1 cup of diet 7-Up, and pudding mix, together. Frost cake.
  • Keep refrigerated.
