Weight Watchers Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe – An easy 3 ingredient Fall recipe with butter and salt. A great use for leftover pumpkin seeds! Vegetarian

Ingredients
- 1½ cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300° F
- In a mixing bowl, add pumpkin seeds, salt, and melted butter.
- Toss to coat.
- On a large baking sheet, add pumpkin seeds in a single layer.
- Bake in preheated oven, stirring every so often, for approx 45 minutes (or until golden)
