  • In a mixing bowl, add pumpkin seeds, salt, and melted butter.
  • Toss to coat.
  • On a large baking sheet, add pumpkin seeds in a single layer.
  • Bake in preheated oven, stirring every so often, for approx 45 minutes (or until golden)
