- 2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ tbsp margarine melted
- ⅛ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275° F
- In a mixing bowl, add pumpkin seeds, Worcestershire sauce, melted margarine, garlic salt, and salt.
- Stir to mix well
- Pour mixture into a shallow baking dish. Spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven, stirring occasionally, for approx 1 hour.
