Weight Watchers Sesame Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1½ tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 lb whole green beans washed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat the wok at medium/high heat.
- In preheated wok, add sesame oil and canola oil.
- Add green beans and stir to coat.
- Stir fry approx 10 minutes until the green beans become a little spotty browned.
- Remove the green beans from the heat, and add in the soy sauce. Stir to mix well.
- Cover and let rest for approx 5 minutes.
- Place the green beans on your serving plate, and sprinkle the sesame seeds over them.
