Weight Watchers Swedish Chocolate Balls
Equipment
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1¼ cups sugar
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup butter or margarine softened
- 2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate – 1 oz each melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp strong coffee
- ⅓ cup coconut flakes
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine cocoa, oats, and sugar, and mix. Add butter, mix ingredients by hand to form a thick dough. Add chocolate, vanilla, and coffee mix until well blended.
- In a small mixing bowl. or shallow dish, put in the coconut flakes.
- Roll small amounts in your hands to form a 1 ½ inch ball, and roll in coconut.
- Refrigerate for approx 2 hours to set.
