  • In a large mixing bowl combine cocoa, oats, and sugar, and mix. Add butter, mix ingredients by hand to form a thick dough. Add chocolate, vanilla, and coffee mix until well blended.
  • In a small mixing bowl. or shallow dish, put in the coconut flakes.
  • Roll small amounts in your hands to form a 1 ½ inch ball, and roll in coconut.
  • Refrigerate for approx 2 hours to set.
