Ingredients
- 1 Hass avocado cut in chunks
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- ½ cup English cucumber peeled, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup scallions coarsely chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in the food processor or blender.
- Process the mixture until it becomes smooth.
- If you want a thinner sauce, gradually add a little more water as you continue to process the mixture.
