Quick and Easy Honey Mustard Dressing (Weight Watchers)
- ½ cup plain plain fat-free yogurt
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill snipped
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground white pepper
- In a small sized mixing bowl, add plain plain fat-free yogurt.
- In the mixing bowl, whisk in honey, dijon mustard, fresh dill, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and ground white pepper.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
- To serve: whisk the mixture again.
