Weight Watchers Bacon Wrapped Pineapple
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chili sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- ½ lb sliced bacon cut into thirds
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in juice drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, add mayonnaise and chili sauce. Stir to mix well. Stir in brown sugar. Set aside for later.
- Wrap each piece of pineapple in a strip of bacon, then use a toothpick to secure it.
- Arrange pineapple in a baking dish.
- Pour the brown sugar mix over the pineapple.
- In preheated oven, bake, uncovered for approximately 25 minutes, or until the bacon edges become crisp, and the brown sugar mix bubbles.
