  • In a mixing bowl, add vinegar, lime juice, and olive oil. Whisk together.
  • Whisk in cayenne pepper, onion powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • In the baking dish, add chicken. Pour marinade over the chicken. Lift chicken to coat all sides. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour minimum.
  • Preheat grill to medium/high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate.
  • Put chicken on skewers. Discard the marinade
  • Grill chicken skewers for approx 10 – 15 minutes or until chicken juice is clear. Serve.
