Weight Watchers Lime Chicken Kabobs
Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 lime juiced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- cayenne pepper to taste
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add vinegar, lime juice, and olive oil. Whisk together.
- Whisk in cayenne pepper, onion powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- In the baking dish, add chicken. Pour marinade over the chicken. Lift chicken to coat all sides. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour minimum.
- Preheat grill to medium/high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate.
- Put chicken on skewers. Discard the marinade
- Grill chicken skewers for approx 10 – 15 minutes or until chicken juice is clear. Serve.
