Ingredients you will need:

  • 1¼ ozs taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ¼ cup fat-free sour cream

How to make:

  1. Put taco seasoning and chicken in a Ziploc bag; shake to coat well.
  2. Coat casserole dish with Pam.
  3. Place chicken in casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
  5. Top chicken with salsa in the last 5 minutes (at 25 minutes).
  6. Top with sour cream when serving.
