Weight Watchers Mexican Chicken Breasts Recipe. A quick and easy, healthy 35 minute dinner recipe with 1 WW Freestyle Point and 4 Smart Points.

Ingredients
 

  • ozs taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ¼ cup fat-free sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Put taco seasoning and chicken in a Ziploc bag; shake to coat well.
  • Coat casserole dish with Pam.
  • Place chicken in casserole dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
  • Top chicken with salsa in the last 5 minutes (at 25 minutes).
  • Top with sour cream when serving.
