Weight Watchers Chinese Chicken Pineapple Stir-Fry

Ingredients you will need:

Skillet
Large Bowl
Small Bowl

How to make:

  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, ketchup, ginger, minced garlic and cornstarch with reserved 1/4 cup pineapple juice.
  2. Add oil to skillet. Heat
  3. In large skillet, stir-fry chicken in the hot oil for approx 5 minutes. Stir in frozen vegetables, stir-fry 4 additional minutes.
  4. Add pineapple and sauce. Stir in and heat through.
  5. Serve over rice.
