Weight Watchers Pumpkin Dip
Ingredients
- ½ cup skim milk
- 15 oz canned pumpkin
- 3½ oz sugar free, fat free vanilla instant pudding
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 8 oz fat-free cool whip thawed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, or mixer bowl, add milk, pumpkin, pudding mix, and pumpkin spice.
- Using an electric mixer, mix well.
- Fold in the Cool whip. Until well mixed
- Keep chilled.
Serving ideas: sliced apples or other fruit, ginger snaps, vanilla wafers and/or cinnamon graham crackers. (add points)
