- olive oil flavored cooking spray as needed
- 1 lb butternut squash peeled, seeded, cut into sixteen ¾ inch thick fries
- ½ tsp chili powder or to taste
- ½ tsp salt or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Prepare a baking sheet by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
- On prepared baking sheet, place fries in a single layer.
- Season with chili powder and salt.
- Spray seasoned fries with non-stick cooking spray generously.
- In preheated oven, cook approximately 14 – 18 minutes or until at desired crispiness, flipping halfway through cooking.
