  • Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat while whisking frequently, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  • Remove saucepan from heat and whisk in cheese and hot sauce.
  • Pour sauce over pasta and toss to coat.
