Ingredients

- ¼ cup fat-free salsa
- 2 tablespoon shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
- 1 ounce baked low fat corn tortilla chips
- 1 tablespoon scallions optional
- sliced jalapeno peppers to taste
Instructions
