Weight Watchers Air Fryer Fried Oreos
Ingredients
- ½ cup pancake mix
- ⅓ cup water
- 9 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
- Turn on the air fryer and set it to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Put parchment paper in the basket of the air fryer.
- Apply a layer of cooking spray on the parchment paper.
- In a bowl, add pancake mix and water and stir them together until they're well mixed.
- Take each cookie, dip it in the pancake mix you just made, and put it in the air fryer basket. Make sure the cookies don't touch each other. If all the cookies don't fit at once, you'll have to cook them in groups.
- Set the air fryer to cook the cookies for 4 to 5 minutes.
- After that time, flip the cookies over and let them cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until they turn a nice golden brown color.
- Once they're done, take the cookies out of the air fryer and place them on a cooling rack.
- Sprinkle some powdered sugar over the cookies.
