Weight Watchers Cajun Spiced Pork Chops

Ingredients you will need:

  1. In a shallow bowl, add cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, sage, black pepper, and cumin. Stir to mix.
  2. One at a time, place pork chop in seasoning mix. Flip to coat all sides.
  3. In a non-stick skillet, add a few sprays of butter flavored Pam cooking spray, and the olive oil.
  4. Heat over high heat.
  5. When hot, add coated pork chops
  6. Reduce the heat to medium
  7. Cook approx 8 – 10 minutes or until the centers are no longer pink, and an instant-read thermometer reads 145° F in the center.
