Weight Watchers Cajun Spiced Pork Chops
Ingredients
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp rubbed dried sage leaves
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- Pam cooking spray – butter-flavored
- 1½ tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 center cut pork chops
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, add cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, sage, black pepper, and cumin. Stir to mix.
- One at a time, place pork chop in seasoning mix. Flip to coat all sides.
- In a non-stick skillet, add a few sprays of butter flavored Pam cooking spray, and the olive oil.
- Heat over high heat.
- When hot, add coated pork chops
- Reduce the heat to medium
- Cook approx 8 – 10 minutes or until the centers are no longer pink, and an instant-read thermometer reads 145° F in the center.
