Large Nonstick Skillet

How to make:

  1. Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add olive oil and heat.
  2. Add garlic, onion, bell peppers and chicken to skillet. Cook until vegetables are softened and chicken is browned and juices are clear.
  3. Stir in red wine and tomatoes. Add salt and black pepper, to taste.
  4. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with linguine.
