  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest


  • In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a oil. Stir in rice and butter.
