Weight Watchers Crispy Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- Pam cooking spray
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs with skin
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp onion salt
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp ground thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining with aluminum foil, and spraying the foil with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken on prepared baking sheet.
- In a small mixing bowl add oregano, onion salt, garlic salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Stir to mix well.
- Season the chicken by sprinkling the seasoning mix liberally all over.
- In the preheated oven, bake chicken approx 1 hour or until juices run clear, and the skin is crispy, and instant-read thermometer inserted next to the bone reads 165° F
