  • Preheat the oven to 350° F
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining with aluminum foil, and spraying the foil with cooking spray.
  • Place the chicken on prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small mixing bowl add oregano, onion salt, garlic salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Stir to mix well.
  • Season the chicken by sprinkling the seasoning mix liberally all over.
  • In the preheated oven, bake chicken approx 1 hour or until juices run clear, and the skin is crispy, and instant-read thermometer inserted next to the bone reads 165° F
