  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  • Coat a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  • In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the applesauce, sugar, and egg substitute.
  • Mix the ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
  • In a separate medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  • Add the flour mixture to the applesauce mixture in a third at a time.
  • Mix the ingredients until completely incorporated.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Note that the batter will only come partly up the pan.
  • Bake the mixture until it turns golden brown, which should take about 45 to 50 minutes.

Notes

Slice into 16 pieces and serve each slice with 1 tablespoon of whipped topping.
