How to make Weight Watchers Lemon Pepper Chicken:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F
  2. Prepare a 9×13 baking dish by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place chicken in prepared baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, add lemon pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir to mix well.
  5. Season the chicken by sprinkling with half of each of spices.
  6. In preheated oven, bake chicken for 15 minutes.
  7. Flip chicken over and season with the rest of the spices.
  8. Bake another 15 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the chicken is fully cooked through.
