Weight Watchers Lemon Pepper Chicken
Equipment
Ingredients
- nonstick cooking spray as needed
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 tsp lemon pepper or to taste
- 1 pinch garlic powder or to taste
- 1 tsp onion powder or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F
- Prepare a 9×13 baking dish by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place chicken in prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, add lemon pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir to mix well.
- Season the chicken by sprinkling with half of each of spices.
- In preheated oven, bake chicken for 15 minutes.
- Flip chicken over and season with the rest of the spices.
- Bake another 15 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the chicken is fully cooked through.
