- 1 cup mushroom chopped
- 2 tbsp light sour cream
- ¼ cup water
- 2 wedges (¾oz) Laughing Cow cheese
Instructions
- Heat a saute pan over medium/high heat.
- Add mushrooms and saute until soft.
- Add sour cream, water, and cheese, cook, stirring often, until the cheese has melted and it's heated through.
