Ingredients:

whole wheat flour
salt
water

Steps:

  1. Prepare a flat surface by lightly flouring
  2. In a mixing bowl, add flour and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add in the water stirring until a dough forms.
  4. On prepared surface, turn out dough.
  5. Knead dough several times.
  6. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces
  7. Form each piece into balls
  8. Using a rolling pin, roll each ball to a very thin circle.
  9. Heat griddle to medium/high heat.
  10. On preheated griddle, cook the flattened dough approx 2 minutes, or until it bubbles. Flip and repeat on the other side until it is lightly browned.
