Ingredients
- 1 package (8⅞ ounce) ready-to-serve cooked Spanish rice
- 1 can (15 ounce) black beans rinsed and drained
- ¼ cup fat-free salsa
Instructions
- Prepare the rice as per the instructions provided on the package.
- Take a 1½ quart microwave-safe casserole and add the cooked rice, beans, and salsa to it.
- Mix the ingredients well to combine.
- Cover the casserole with its lid.
- Microwave the casserole at HIGH for 1½ minutes or until it gets heated thoroughly.
