Ingredients you will need:

How to make:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, add cayenne pepper, onion powder, paprika, ¼ tsp garlic powder, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix.
  2. Sprinkle the prepared spice mix on both sides of the chicken.
  3. In a large skillet, add olive oil and butter. heat over medium heat.
  4. Carefully place the chicken in the heated skillet and saute approx 6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Season by sprinkling 2 teaspoons garlic powder and lime juice on chicken
  6. Cook seasoned chicken 5 minutes. Stir often to coat with sauce.
