Tips and Tricks
Choose Ripe Strawberries
For the best flavor, use ripe and sweet strawberries. They add natural sweetness and a vibrant color to your pie.
Thicken the Filling
Make sure to continuously stir the strawberry mixture once it starts to boil. This helps the cornstarch to properly thicken the filling without forming lumps.
Cooling Time
Allow the pie to cool slightly before refrigerating. This helps it set better and makes slicing easier.
Extra Garnish
For an added touch, garnish each slice with a mint leaf or a dollop of fat-free whipped topping along with the yogurt and strawberry slices.
