Tips and Tricks
Proper Dough Rising
Allow your dough to rise in a warm, draft-free environment. If your kitchen is cool, place the dough in an oven with the light on to create a slightly warm space for rising.
Dough Handling
When rolling out the dough, use a light dusting of flour to prevent sticking. Avoid overworking the dough to maintain a light and airy texture.
Pre-Baking the Crust
For a crispier crust, pre-bake it for a few minutes before adding your toppings. This helps to avoid a soggy base, especially with heavier toppings.
Storage
If you have leftover dough, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and store it in the fridge for up to three days. You can also freeze the dough for up to a month for future use.
