  • In a bread machine, add olive oil, water, flour, garlic – push garlic to the center of the flour), salt, Italian seasoning, sugar, yeast, and 2 tsp parmesan cheese.
  • Set bread machine to dough setting.
  • When finished, using ½ of the dough, shape a pizza crust on a pizza pan. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese on top. Repeat with 2nd crust. Cover to let rise.
  • Preheat oven to 450° F
  • Bake in preheated oven on pizza pan approx 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
  • Can be frozen.
