Tips and Tricks

Sauce Options: While marinara sauce is a classic choice, you can switch it up with a creamy Alfredo sauce or a spicy arrabbiata sauce for a different twist.

Adding Protein: To make this dish even more filling, consider adding some cooked ground turkey, chicken, or Italian sausage between the layers.

Vegetable Variations: If you want to add more veggies, sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, or zucchini can be layered with the spinach.

Cheese Tips: Freshly grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese melt better and offer a richer flavor compared to pre-shredded versions.

Storage: This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to two days before baking. You can also freeze it for up to a month. To bake from frozen, cover with foil and bake at 375°F for about 45-50 minutes, then uncover and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving Suggestions: Pair this baked ravioli with a simple green salad and some garlic bread for a complete meal.

Reheating: Leftovers can be reheated in the oven at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through. You can also use the microwave for a quicker option.
