  • Preheat air fryer to 375° F.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir to mix.
  • Transfer Brussels spouts to the air fryer basket.
  • In preheated air fryer, cook approximately 8 minutes. Shake the basket to toss. Cook another 7 minutes, or until tender and crisp,
  • Season by sprinkling lemon zest of top.
