Quick Air-Fryer Brussels Sprouts (Weight Watchers)

Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest optional
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375° F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir to mix.
- Transfer Brussels spouts to the air fryer basket.
- In preheated air fryer, cook approximately 8 minutes. Shake the basket to toss. Cook another 7 minutes, or until tender and crisp,
- Season by sprinkling lemon zest of top.
